Can't Log In? Let's Get You Back In
We know how frustrating it can be when you can't access your account. Let's work through this together and get you back in as quickly as possible.
If you are having trouble logging in to EngageRocket, there are a few common causes that are easy to fix yourself. Work through the steps below in order and stop when the issue is resolved.
- Check your login method. Are you using email and password or SSO (Microsoft or SAML)? Make sure you are using the correct method for your organisation. If unsure, check with your Entity Admin.
- Check for typos. Passwords are case-sensitive — make sure Caps Lock is off and that your email address has no extra spaces before or after it.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies. Old cached data can interfere with login. Clear your cache in your browser settings, then try again.
- Try incognito or private mode. Open a new incognito window and try logging in there. If it works in incognito but not normally, a browser extension or cached file is likely the cause.
- Try a different browser. EngageRocket works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.
- Check your account status. Your account may be pending (you have not yet accepted the invitation) or your invitation link may have expired. Check your email for the original invitation from EngageRocket.
- Reset your password. If you use email and password login, click 'Forgot password?' on the login page to request a reset link. See the article in the Getting Started & Login category for step-by-step instructions.
- Check your internet connection. Make sure you have a stable connection and are not behind a firewall or VPN that may be blocking access to EngageRocket.
💡 SSO users: If your organisation uses Microsoft or SAML SSO and your login is failing, the issue is likely on the identity provider side. Contact your IT team and confirm your access to the EngageRocket SSO application is correctly set up.
Something still not working?
- Error says 'Account not found' — The email you entered may not be registered. Confirm the correct email address with your Entity Admin.
- Error says 'Too many failed attempts' — Your account may be temporarily locked. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or use the 'Forgot password?' option to reset.
- The login page keeps loading but never completes — Try a different browser or check if your internet connection is stable.
