Can't Log In? Let's Get You Back In

Let's Start With the Most Common Fix

The majority of login issues are resolved with a simple password reset. Here's how:

  1. Go to your EngageRocket login page.
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. Enter the email address linked to your account.
  4. Check your inbox for the reset email - if you don't see it, please also check your spam or junk folder.
  5. Follow the link in the email to set a new password.
  6. Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.

Back in? Great! No further action needed! If the issue happens again, we'd recommend checking with your organisation's HR administrator to confirm your account is set up correctly.

Reset email didn't arrive or the link didn't work? No need to worry, let's keep going.

Is Anyone Else Affected?

Before we go further, it's worth checking with your colleagues:

  • If others in your organisation are also unable to log in, this may indicate a broader platform issue on our end. Please submit a support ticket and flag it as a potential platform downtime, our team will treat this as a priority and look into it right away.
  • If it's only affecting your account, the issue is likely specific to your user profile and our team will investigate and follow up with you directly.
