The page is not loading or showing a blank screen
If EngageRocket pages are not loading or appear blank, try these steps before contacting support.
Blank screens and pages that fail to load are usually caused by browser-related issues rather than a platform outage. Work through the steps below before reaching out to support.
- Refresh the page. Press Ctrl+R (Windows) or Cmd+R (Mac) for a hard refresh.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies. Outdated cached data is the most common cause of blank or broken pages. Clear your cache in browser settings, then reload.
- Try incognito or private mode. Open a new incognito window and navigate to EngageRocket. If the page loads correctly there, the issue is caused by a cached file or browser extension.
- Disable browser extensions. Ad blockers, security extensions, or privacy tools can interfere with how EngageRocket renders. Temporarily disable all extensions and try again.
- Try a different browser. EngageRocket works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. If you are using an older browser or Safari, try switching.
- Check your internet connection. Run a speed test or try loading another website to confirm your connection is stable.
- Check if others in your organisation are experiencing the same issue. If multiple people are affected simultaneously, it may be a platform issue, contact support immediately.
💡 Good to know: If a specific page is broken but others work fine, it is more likely to be a platform-side issue with that particular feature. Note the URL of the broken page and include it when contacting support.
Something not working?
- The page loads in incognito but not normally — A browser extension is causing the conflict. Disable extensions one by one to identify which one is causing the issue.
- Only one specific page is broken — This may be a platform-side issue. Contact support and include the URL of the broken page and the browser and version you are using.
- The issue only started after a recent browser update — Clear your cache and try again. If the issue persists, try a different browser while the update issue is being resolved.
