How to log in via SSO (Microsoft or SAML)
For organisations using Microsoft or SAML Single Sign-On log in with your existing company credentials.
EngageRocket supports two SSO login methods using Microsoft and SAML. If your organisation has either of these set up, you will not need a separate EngageRocket password. Instead, you log in using the same credentials you already use for work.
💡 Not sure if your organisation uses SSO? Check with your Entity Admin or IT team. If SSO is enabled, you will see a 'Sign in with Microsoft' or 'Sign in with SSO' button on the EngageRocket login page.
Option A: Sign in with Microsoft
- Go to the EngageRocket login page.
- Click 'Sign in with Microsoft'.
- You will be redirected to Microsoft's login page. Enter your company Microsoft credentials as you normally would.
- Once authenticated, you will be brought back to EngageRocket automatically.
- Select your workspace from the selection screen to enter your dashboard.
Option B: Sign in with SSO (SAML)
- Go to the EngageRocket login page.
- Click 'Sign in with SSO'.
- Enter your organisation-linked email address and click 'Continue'.
- You will be redirected to your organisation's identity provider. Enter your credentials there.
- Once authenticated, you will be brought back to EngageRocket automatically.
- Select your workspace from the selection screen to enter your dashboard.
💡 Good to know: SSO must be configured for your organisation by your EngageRocket Customer Success Manager before it becomes available on the login page. If you do not see either SSO option, it has not been set up yet for your organisation.
Something not working?
- I cannot 'Sign in with Microsoft' or 'Sign in with SSO' on the login page — SSO may not be enabled for your organisation. Try logging in with your email and password instead, or check with your Entity Admin.
- I clicked 'Sign in with Microsoft' but got an error — Your Microsoft account may not be linked to EngageRocket. Contact your IT team to verify your access is set up correctly in your Microsoft tenant.
- I clicked 'Sign in with SSO' but the redirect failed — Clear your browser cache and try again in an incognito or private window. If the issue persists, contact your IT team.
- I am not sure which option my organisation uses — Check with your Entity Admin or IT team before attempting login. They will be able to confirm whether your organisation uses Microsoft SSO, SAML, or email and password.
