All things confidential..hush hush!
Confidentiality is an important aspect of any 360-degree review. It is necessary to ensure that everyone who provides feedback feels that they are able to answer honestly and candidly. Research has shown that the degree of confidentiality can greatly impact data integrity.
Depending on the degree of rigour you'd like to inject, EngageRocket provides organisations with the flexibility to customise their own confidentiality threshold. You may set this when you are defining your parameters on the preferences page.
By default, EngageRocket sets the threshold to 3. What this means is that we will not release any aggregated score unless 3 or more responses are gathered for a particular rater group (except for self-assessment and line manager rater group. For these 2 groups, the minimum response required is 1).
Additionally, you may also decide whether or not to show participants if their raters have given feedback or not. This can be done by either checking or unchecking the box for "Show rater names if there are x or more responses in a rater group."
