You can increase the participation rate by sending reminders to raters who have yet to complete their reviews.
Step 1: Click on Manage Feedback sessions
Step 2: Scroll down until you see Review Communications
Step 3: Tick the box(es) that you would want to send reminders for
Step 4: Click Send
You can see a list of past reminders by going to Records.
