Managing Survey Recipients after Survey Set-up Complete: Quick Guide!

Surveys are a powerful tool for gathering valuable insights, but managing recipients can sometimes be a bit tricky. Whether you need to add new participants or remove existing ones, the process can be streamlined with a few simple steps. Here's a comprehensive guide on how to efficiently add and remove recipients to your survey.

Adding Recipients:

  1. Navigate to the Survey Page:
    Start by logging into your survey platform and locating the main survey page.
  2. Select the Specific Survey:
    Identify the survey to which you want to add recipients. Click on the survey to access its details.
  3. Click "Edit" in Recipients:
    Look for the "Edit" option in the recipients section and click on it. This will open up the recipient management page.
  4. Enter Name/Email in the Left Page Box:
    On the left side of the page, you'll find a box to input the name or email of the participant you want to add.
  5. Click "Add":
    Once you've entered the participant's information, click the "Add" button. A counter in parentheses will inform you of the total recipients you are about to add.
  6. Confirm and Send Invites:
    Scroll down to the page below and click "Confirm New Recipients And Send Invite." This final step ensures that your newly added participants receive invitations to take the survey.

Removing Recipients:

Just like before, once you've landed on the recipient page, you can easily follow these steps:

  1. Enter Name/Email in the Right Page Box:
    On the right side of the page, you'll find a box to input the name or email of the participant you want to remove.
  2. Click Bin Icon:
    Once you've identified the specific participant, click on the bin icon next to their name. This action indicates your intention to delete that participant from the survey.
  3. Confirm Removal:
    A confirmation prompt will appear. Click "Yes, remove" to finalize the removal of the selected participant. It's important to note that if the recipient has already submitted their response, taking this action will also remove their responses, and the responses cannot be retained.
