Understanding Your Survey Results Dashboard

Make sense of your survey data and uncover meaningful insights

Once your survey closes, the Results Dashboard becomes your central hub to explore, understand, and act on the feedback collected. Whether you're looking at big picture trends or diving deep into specific areas, each section is designed to guide you through the data and empower informed decision-making.

To help you explore insights effectively, the dashboard is broken into four key areas:

🔍 1. Survey Dashboard Overview

Get a high-level snapshot of your overall scores, employee participation rate, eNPS, and top/bottom scoring dimensions. This view gives you a quick understanding of where your team stands today. The trend analysis also visible for you to track how your scores and sentiments change over time. This page helps you identify patterns across survey waves, making it easier to evaluate progress and spot long-term shifts.

💬 2. Responses Tab

Go deeper into what employees are saying, both through scored and open-ended questions. This section is grouped into:

  • Scored Questions

  • Open-Ended Feedback

  • Other Responses (e.g. multiple choice, yes/no)

Each subsection helps unpack the voice behind the scores.

🔥 3. Hotspots Page

Quickly identify focus areas across teams and segments. Use this page to compare performance, participation, and sentiment across groups—making it easier to prioritise action.

💡 Tip for First-Time Users:

Start with the Survey Dashboard Overview to ground yourself in the key metrics, then move into the Hotspots and Responses Tab for deeper analysis. Use the Trend Analysis to validate if changes you've implemented are making an impact.

If you’re ready to begin exploring, simply click on one of the sections above or use the navigation panel on the left.
