Survey Dashboard Overview

Understand the pulse of your team at a glance

The Survey Dashboard is your starting point for making sense of employee feedback. It offers a real-time snapshot of how your unit or department is doing in a specific survey, helping you spot immediate areas of strength and focus.

Key Metrics You’ll See:

  • Overall Score: Percentage of favourable responses (usually 4 or 5 on a 5-point scale).

  • Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS): Shows how likely employees are to recommend your workplace categorized into Promoters, Passives, and Detractors.

  • Top & Bottom Dimensions: Identifies what your team values most and what may need attention.

  • Participation Rate: Percentage of employees who completed the survey vs. those invited.

Export Options:

You can download a PDF summary of the dashboard for easy sharing and reporting purposes. This feature is especially useful when presenting results to internal stakeholders.

Navigation Tip:

Make sure to select the correct Survey Project and Survey Name using the dropdown at the top of your dashboard.

By reviewing this overview, leaders can instantly assess how their team feels and begin prioritizing areas for action.

Trend Analysis Overview

See what’s changing and what’s not over time.

The Trend Analysis page provides a powerful way to track changes in sentiment, engagement, and performance over time. This is especially helpful if your organisation runs regular pulse or engagement surveys.

What You’ll See:
  • X-Axis: Lists all survey dates, so you can track historical data.

  • Y-Axis: Displays score trends (% favourable) over time.

  • Selectable Metrics:

    • Overall Score

    • eNPS

    • Individual Dimensions (e.g., Leadership, Collaboration)

Topics from Open-ended Questions

Open-ended questions give employees the opportunity to share their thoughts, experiences, and suggestions in their own words. In EngageRocket’s Survey Overview, these responses are automatically analysed and grouped into topics so you can quickly identify common themes and sentiments.

How It Works
  • Topics: Similar responses are grouped into topics (e.g., “Manager” or “Belonging”) to help you see what’s being discussed most often.

  • Sentiment Analysis: Each topic is tagged with a sentiment Negative, Neutral, or Positive so you can understand the overall tone at a glance.

  • Topic-Valid Responses: Shows how many responses have been categorised into topics.

Reading the Chart
  • Bubble Size: The larger the bubble, the more responses are associated with that topic.

  • Position on the Scale:

    • Left side indicates negative sentiment.

    • Middle indicates neutral sentiment.

    • Right side indicates positive sentiment.

Tracking trends enables a proactive approach so you're not just reacting to data, but shaping the story it tells.
