Keep Your Employee List Up-to-Date:
Before managing your recipients, make sure your employee list is up to date. Any changes, like adding new hires or removing former employees will automatically reflect in your recipient list. This way, the right people always receive your survey without extra manual work. To update your list, click the Manage Employees tab below.

Use Filters for Smart Targeting:
Apply filters to send your survey to specific segments, such as by department, country, job grade, or any custom attribute your organisation tracks. This targeted approach ensures you collect responses from the right audience, improving your data quality. Click the 'Apply Filter' button to view the filtered list.

Export or Edit When Needed:
Once you’ve added your recipient list, it will appear on the right side of the page. From there, you can easily export it to Excel for documentation or offline analysis. You’ll also have full control to manually edit, add, or remove individuals whenever needed, giving you the flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
Note: If you remove a recipient from the list after they have submitted responses, their responses will no longer be retained.
