How to Resend Email Invites in EngageRocket?
If you need to resend survey invitations, whether to a specific employee or to all recipients who have not yet completed the survey, EngageRocket makes the process simple and efficient. Follow the steps below to resend your email invites directly from the platform.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Go to the Project Page
Begin by navigating to the Project where your survey is located.
2. Select the Survey
From your list of surveys, choose the one for which you want to resend the invites.
3. Open the Communication Settings
Click the three dots (⋮) next to the survey name.
From the dropdown menu, select Edit communication.
A confirmation pop-up will appear, choose Edit survey anyway to proceed.
4. Navigate to “Schedule Survey Communications”
You will be directed to the Communication page.
Click on Schedule Survey Communications to access your email settings.
5. Resend the Invite Email
Under the Invite Email section, click Resend Email.
You will have two options:

Send to specific recipients:
Paste the email address of the employee you want to resend the invite to. -
Send to all:
Select all recipients to resend the invite in bulk.
Note: Only participants who have not yet responded will receive the email.

Your email invites will now be sent according to your selections.
