Launching Your Survey

Now that you have finished setting you your survey questions, it's time to launch the survey.

At step 3 of your survey setup, you can:

  1. Preview your survey and even share the preview with others.
  2. Customize the welcome and thank you message that will appear at the beginning and the end of the survey. 
  3. Launch the survey. Simply set the start and end time but if you are unsure, you can also decide on schedule later.

Survey Invitation & Reminders

After you have set a time to launch the survey, it's time to customise how your survey invitation and reminders.

At the top bar, navigate to survey admin and select records. Choose your survey and click on Manage Comms, Communications setup page will open.

You can choose to include a QR code that allows participants to simply scan the code to access the survey.

Now you can key in your survey invitation and reminder subjects and messages. Feel free to select preview to preview these messages. Make sure you don't forget to schedule your reminders as well. You can always add more reminders using the red "+" button or delete reminders. Keep in mind: you should maintain a lead time of at least 2 to 3 days between each notification and a maximum of 2 to 3 reminders for each survey cycle.
